Over the wall

This is a view over the wall and down a typical Welsh valley, it's from Llechwen Hall near Pontypridd. It's part of the Cynon Valley and full of the old mines which were the lifeblood of South Wales. Part of the view is the landscaped slag heaps from the old mine working, all the left overs after the coal was taken away.
