USA Day 8 - Fallon

Yesterday was one of the best of the entire trip. We all got up at 730 and ran to NBC studios, where we qued to get tickets for a recording of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. We succeded in getting what are known as stand by tickets. This means that if there are any tickets availible at 4ish then we get them. Long story short we managed to get tickets and not just tickets but tickets that entitles us to stand behind the band as they played the end of the show.

We also walked the newly opened High Line walk in the meat packing district. an old above ground railway turned into a public park. This is where the picture is taken.

We rounded off the day in an amazing bar called Duplex. This may be the best bar I have ever drunk in and certainly the most welcoming and inviting.
