Paella

While we were on holiday, we watched a chef demonstrating how to cook a paella. I tried his method, which was totally different from my usual method. Tonight I decided to put the experience into practice (or is that practise?). They do say that you should practise skills like this three times within a week to get it fixed in your head. Well, today's was edible, so only another two to do, and the boss said it was good, so that's a positive sign.
