Throwing the Ball

Went to the Pub at lunchtime today with Si and Ben to throw an American Football about... I'd forgotten how much fun it was to just chuck a ball at each other, also realised how hard it was and how crap I looked compared to Ben... ex pro, he made it look easy!

My thought for today... throwing a ball around can take you to another place, thanks guys it was brilliant!
