New England House, Brighton

Rather a dull image today but one that fits the day well - my workplace, New England House: an iconic Brighton building, an eyesore (voted the third ugliest building in Sussex by readers of the local rag), a concrete monstrosity that would have been demolished years ago but for the fact it has a unique Grade 1 listed external concrete fire escape (from which this picture was taken). One of the strangest buildings you will ever encounter, a building of dark internal corridors; very 1970s Dr Who.
