See the seeds

These oddly shaped seeds are from the veg that Cathaber blipped here. I was cooking the acocha up before they went rotten - which would have been an awful shame! After de-seeding, I stewed them in some rape-seed oil with a tag-end of courgette and some garlic, tomato puree and a dash of lime juice, and they made a lovely amuse bouche.
