Marmite

Why Marmite? Because this is one of those pictures that people are either going to love or hate. Depends on your sense of humour really.

Inspiration for this was the 'Not the 9 o'clock news sketch' where Pamela Stevenson did this to Mel Smith. I was in my late teens/early 20s at the time and thought it was hilarious. On this occasion, it's Myley C giving my brother in law the same treatment.

Poor night at badminton last night. I sat out for 3 games. Just felt out of sorts. That's 3 times on 4 occasions in the last week where I've felt like this whilst exercising. I think I need a break from work. It has been very demanding of late.
