Horseshoe Bridge - 2

Very little time today so I took a short detour, only a mile or so down the road, to the Marina (which I have Blipped before) and the Horseshoe Bridge (which I have blipped before).

I wasn't entirely happy with the results. Don't know if it was me or the weather. Probably a combination of both. So I started playing around with filter effects etc and eventually decided to make it look like an 'artist's impression'. The kind of thing you see before something is built to give you an idea what it will look like. So I suppose this qualifies as a bit of reverse engineering!
