Steam Railway Trip....

We drove down to Lakeland Motor Museum today and booked tickets for The Museum, Train Trip and Boat Trip at £20.45 to a great day out.
We went round the museum first, a quick trip while we waited for the free bus to take us to the train and boat at Lakeland, we chose to do the train trip first a great winding trip to Haverthwaite, there we had a quick turn around and back to Lakeland for the Windermere Cruise to Bowness, there we stayed for about an hour before we cruised back to Lakeland and a two hour visit to the Motor museum and the Bluebird Museum. I found the museum a very interesting place filled with great exhibits especially the Motorbikes, they have a great collection of HRD Vincents.

On the way back we stopped off for a bite to eat in Penrith.
