This flower has one tiny solar cell. With that one tiny cell it generates, completely free of charge and without damage to the environment, enough energy to keep it happily moving all day long. Even on the dullest of days the little flower head and leaves are perpetually in motion.

If every politician had one sitting on his/her desk then maybe, just maybe, one day the penny would drop.
