Statue and Caps - White Bear Lake Library

I was driving home from work via White Bear Lake. I noticed this statue of two youngsters outside the town's library. Someone had given them caps for the upcoming winter.

I took this blip with my new smart phone. I've only had it a few days. It's my first smart phone, and I'm learning how to use it.
