Is that all?

I had to go into town to renew the parking permit today. The council is in the High Street, and I was surprised by the number of tourists that were still around. I know that the English schools are mostly off this week, but there were a great number of other Europeans as well. This piper was by the Hub and was re-arranging his takings. He hid a number of coins beneath the base in his carry case. There must be a fair bit of psychology in this; too much and you get nothing and too little and people think you are not worth giving to. He was rather good and as it was a nice day he seemed to be getting a reasonable return.
