Glen Banvie

We have stopped here to eat our sandwiches quite a few times.

It's on a favourite circular walk, up Glen Banvie from Old Bridge of Tilt car park, then south to the Falls of Bruar and back to the car park through Old Blair past the grounds of Blair Castle.

It's an easy walk for the winter - a good track and not too steep anywhere - and yet it feels quite remote along the northern edge of Banvie Wood.
