Happy Halloween Nessie!

I came across this Nessie when I was exploring Inverness. She lives by one of the several Tescos on a round about that can take you to Loch Ness. I thought a picture of her might be a nice Blip but then found that she was celebrating Halloween! Perhaps she will become Inverness' answer to the Glasgow horse and cone!
