or perhaps 'on' is better... yes, the wet weather footwear came out today and boy was i glad to have them on! rain and more bloody rain, but nice dry feet thanks to dr klaus martens and his patented airwair bouncing soles. i've loved these since i was in sixth form - this is pair #3, pair #2 are still on the go but only in summer as they leak - and can't imagine life without them, even tho i wear them only now and again instead of every day as i used to.
