Beach bums

Windy but surprisingly warm day on the beach today. We called in on the way to pick up my dad just after half ten this morning and spent a good couple of hours walking and chasing balls.

Unbelievably it was my dads first trip to Crosby beach after over 50 years living just half an hour away. We aim to make it the first of many and he really seemed to relax and enjoy blowing the cobwebs away.

Just got home now in time for a bite of tea while the wee hairy dervish snores, no doubt to wake up around 7pm to go out again!
