Rainy start to half term

Half term started early this year as the teachers had a training day on Friday. Laurie has a few days off work so that we can spend some time together. It was really rainy when we woke up so we headed over to Range for some rainy day activities. Alex choose a matchstick model kit and Heather choose a sticker mosaic kit.
We had a lovely afternoon sat together doing crafts and listening to Big Country. I even managed to sneak in some crochet in between helping Heather! Once the kids had had enough crafting I made our mincemeat in preparation for christmas, mmm.
