Radley Field, autumn

It's now definitely autumn - not much in the way of mists or mellow fruitfulness; rather a blustery, muddy old ride to Radley.

This is the third of my quarterly pilgrimages, to see how this field and its stately tree change with the seasons, following blips for spring and summer.

By now the leaves are mostly off, and I also noticed that the crops have completely changed - from what looked like barley in summer to something altogether greener.

I hope I can get there in late December to complete the cycle!
