Playing with Fire

The day started awful early and has been spent lying on the sofa. A tough day thinking and feeling.

The wind is blowing and the rain bouncing , and I'm feeling rather anxious that something horrible is going to happen; my heart is racing and I feel rather jumpy. Cue panic attack and uncontrollable tears.

Am dreading work tomorrow.
