totally lazy ...

that's how we felt today!

Hubby and I came back from clubbing from Alexandra Palace at early wee hours. We left the club soon after Above & Beyond played their set. All night was magical and full of happy moments, we all felt love, alchemy and ecstasy, the crowd of 10k clubbers didn't disappoint - all seemed to be in love & peace aura.

The journey home was quite lengthy. Still at the Palace it was impossible to catch a cab as the other hundred clubbers decided to leave at the same time as we did and effectively everyone was queuing to get a cab. So we decided to walk down the hill from Ally Pally to Wood Green, catching bus N29 to Trafalgar Square, which was full of young people coming back from night out, then lovely walk catching the cab. We walked pass London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster in a night glory before heading home. I was soooooo happy after 2hrs journey home to finally lay my very tired body to sleep.

Helena was the sweetest - she made me breakfast to bed - scrambled egg and toast and made sure I ate it all and had more sleep while daddy took her and Alan to the park. It was just a really lazy Sunday after all, loads of comfy food, cuddles on the sofa, movies on the telly and very cold beer ;)
