Taken from the roof terrace of the house where I've been this weekend for a workshop looking at sub-personalities. Which is not to say we literally have different personalities inside us, but is a useful metaphor for looking at different aspects of ourselves, such as The Critic, The Wild Child, The Organiser, The Hurt Child etc.
