In the name of getting to understand their business, Hiraeth and I went on a trip to the Glenmorangie distillery - including an overnight stay at their stunning Cadboll House.

After a distillery tour, an exhaustive tasting session and a fine meal accompanied by even more Glenmorangie, I slept like a baby. Probably a snoring baby, if I'm being honest.

I wish all jobs could be this way...
