Cake!

The last of our enormo courgette's has been loitering in the fridge for too long.

A chocolate and courgette cake was on the cards, but I thought that I would do cup cake sized versions, with a little chocolate ganache on top.

These were made yesterday, and were hiding in the fridge this morning, so a quick blip before work. It just took 14 hours to get it off the camera and uploaded.
