A grand day out

I have taken a similar photo before, almost a year ago to the day!

Last weekend, I rather rashly promised to take the children swimming, and they took me up on the offer today. I normally hate swimming, but it was fine, PhilippaJ came with me and made it all bearable. The sun was out and the beach was gorgeous, the new swimming pool is brilliant. And we went out for lunch and everything. Just what half term is for.
