Courtroom Artist

Going past the Old Bailey today I got a peek behind the scenes. Reporters and film crews were there covering the case of former News of the World journalists accused of phone hacking.
Then I saw this lady with a classic courtroom sketch. Julia Quenzler is a courtroom artist who has been working for the BBC for twenty years.
Apparently there are three female courtroom artists who produce the bulk of the sketches you see on TV and newspapers.
They can't take photos or even sketch in the courtroom, but have to rely on some notes and a good memory to produce the drawings outside.
