Another day, another townscape

Not often I have two consecutive days in properly busy streets; this is Ayr, where the tall spire belongs to the Town Hall. Sadly, big chunks of the shopping area are showing the decline of actual shopping in towns all over the country - though I did buy shoes in a wonderful shop there where I am always tempted and frequently succumb.

I shall perhaps report on the alterations to three garments that were the stimulus for the visit - watch this space...
