home and about

low tide from our campsite

at Long Key State Park (3rd day).
- at high tide the water came up to the seaweed line- but near our site, there were rocks that the birds liked, and pools in the ledges. We had a constant show of all kinds of water birds as the water level changed. And we could wade out and observe many fish, crabs, etc in the water. (also snorkeled further out)
we also drove down to Key West this day, and watched the sunset from the pier by Mallory Square.
