Never a dull moment

There is never a dull moment with Charlie. A big storm came while we were at work today, and Charlie and Molly must have been petrified! They were in the safety of the house, but in Charlie's frantic state he somehow managed to push the bedroom window wide open (I left it open a little bit cause I didn't know a storm was coming), push out the fly screen and escape. Dad went to check on them on his way home and discovered Charlie wasn't there. He went searching in the pouring rain and then when dad came back to the house to get the phone to ring us, Charlie was miraculously waiting in the front yard! Thank god he came back, it could have been much worse!
