La Tour Eiffel

After drinking the full bottle of champagne left by the hotel along with the long day we had we took advantage of not getting out of bed too early, despite being in Paris.

We left the hotel about 11.30am and wandered towards the River Seine taking in the Assembly National, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysees, Grand Palais, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, Ecole Militaire, Hotel des Invalides.

We also paid a visit to the statute of General Lafayette which is sited just near Pont Alexander III. This is the spot that RobT proposed to me at the Millennium. We just had to relive good memories.

RobT's blip is the more romantic one and mine is Le Tour Eiffel. Well you can't be in Paris and not blip it.
