Making brandy snaps

They were delicious. My friend Jackie is making them. She also made scones and blueberry muffins. She is very good at baking. I am very good at eating. Score - Jackie one scone and one brandy snap. Maureen one scone and one muffin. Me two scones one muffin and two brandy snaps. Not that we were counting or it was a competition or anything. I think maybe I am just greedy.
