Red apples and yellow

One of THOSE days from the start!

Forgot all about blipping until almost midnight, then spotted the bottles of cider that Wendy had brought up from Gloucestershire. We'd already enjoyed quite a bit of the amber liquid, but four full bottles remained on the kitchen work surface. It's not proper scrumpy but this cider, made from traditional cider apples (no added colourings or flavourings), tastes wonderful, unlike that bland, fizzy stuff you can obtain in most pubs.

The labels in the blip are specially commissioned woodcuts by Steve Hyslop.
