Mum

blinked as I snapped, and kept her eyes closed for a while, so you get an "in repose" portrait today.
I brushed her hair, then gave her two French braids on the sides of her head.
She still has problems swallowing - hardly ate and refused to take her pill meds; her speech is hardly understandable.
For someone who barely eats, she still has a very strong grip!
They have changed her care from 24 hour live-in caregivers (who sleep when she sleeps) to daily alternating 12 hour shift nursing staff.
