Cliffside

A bright but chilly morning. A brisk walk up to Slains Castle was the order of the day especially as there was rain forecast for the early afternoon.

Clamoured down the cliffs, almost to sea level, to capture this view. The one remaining tower of the ruined castle catches the eye as does the foaming sea adding interest to this striking scene.

Rain of biblical proportions arrived this afternoon!
