Dances from home

A break from the jazz festival to watch this performance of Greek dances from the Thrace (thra'ki in greek), the northeast part where I am from (Komotini). The performances were in celebration of completing 87 year since the region was united with Greece. Also included dances from Pontos, an area where a lot of Greek refugees came from.
