Autumn Carpet

As our "big" walk was cancelled we managed a local walk this morning. It was dry when we left but the rain soon came in and we got soaked. Probably just as well we never went as my jacket chose today to develop a leak and I think I would have been pretty wet and miserable.
Instead my other half went to the football and I watched a film and fell asleep on the sofa.......very unusual for me!
We went to our neighbour's Halloween/fireworks party in the evening, a great nights as always!
