Borger Hunebeds

Usually when we go on holiday we like to visit something in the area but we were having such a nice relaxing and fun time at the park that we didn't leave. Therefore on the way home after a final play in the soft play (declared the best that Olivia has ever been to, and she's been to a fair few in her six years!) we decided to visit some rocks. Apparently when the first farmers settled in Drenthe they built these stone burial monuments known as Hunebeds. The remains of these can still be seen in the Drenthe landscape and this apparently is the largest one out of 54.
