Hardcore

Hardcore and reinforcements on my weekly foray onto the forbidden territory of the nearby development site.

This may be the last week that I can get access as it looks like a five foot high concrete wall is being added to the curving path that runs close to the high water mark. Tons of concrete have been poured this week and I can just see over the top of the the steel reinforcements.

I was quite taken with the patterns in the rusty reinforcements and in the hardcore, both soon to disappear beneath concrete. You can see both better beneath the magnifying glass.
