Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning!

What a day! It's been one of those getting things done, scrub-a-dub-dub kind of days and am knackered now!

It started with a bit of shopping then giving the lawn it's last mow of the winter (I hope), closely followed by buffing up the motor then work began on all our carpets. We hired some v clever industrial style carpet cleaners recommended by a friend and spent several hours cleaning, furniture moving, and generally making our carpets look like new again.

Great results but thoroughly knackered. I even squeezed in a 5 mile bike ride as a 'break' from the cleaning. Phewf.

So my blip of the day is cleaning but of a different kind: little C having a well earned scrub in the tub tonight :-) happy days and we've earned a little drinkie!
