The cupcake classes paid off!

So in the summer I went to a few cupcake deco classes with the amazing Kate who set up her edible art cupcake courses for adults and kids alike.

I have to say I sucked - especially my piping technique but this - this is proof that I have progressed! The cupcake itself is a toffee filled cupcake with a tipping of chocolate buttercream. My colleagues at work are in for a treat tomorrow! Just have to figure out how to cycle to work without ruining the frosting.
