Eagle Owl

We were up at a garden centre near Stirling this morning and spotted this beautiful creature when we came out. The chap from the falconry centre said he was quite small, the female being twice the size. Rona would have been a mere snack then!
There was also a gorgeous, comparatively little, barn owl but he/she was showing off those beautiful wings and wouldn't hold still and pose nicely.
