Halsey, Oregon Town Hall Mural

It has been several weeks since I’ve been by the Halsey Town Hall.

The folk art mural project seems to have progressed to completion with the finishing touches applied.

The mural wraps around the south end of the building where the entrance is located.

I find the whole effect quite charming in a funky, folksy way.
