Waste Land

This is on the site of an old Pit Heap in Stanley County Durham, you can still see the evidence as you walk around.....It has been bought for redevelopment, little boxes I mean houses will soon be sprouting up.......less space to walk the dogs, plus I like the fact that this little haven is just around the corner....but I suppose we are not short of open spaces around here
