I enjoyed meeting a printer and wood engraver from Wisconsin and discussing the effect of a shortage of letters on literary style, in the days before monotype casting when you had what type you'd bought from the foundry, and did what you could with it. Finding the Adventures in Monotype tumblr page led me to this, featuring my brother and nephew.
