Liverpool One is gearing up for Xmas. In their case I don't really mind because it means that the Ice Bar will be opening for Gluwein. They do a good job of getting people into town for reasons other than simply shopping. They understand the importance of community events and activities and that is one of the reasons why they have consistently bucked the trend of retail decline seen elsewhere. That's fine by me.
