Oh dear!

I regret having to feel like posting this pic but as part of the velofor saga series ;-

The BMW belongs to Stella Dobbie, the antisocial behaviour officer for Circle Housing. The house where the two vans are parked obstructing the path is her home. It was not lunch time when I took this pic - must be flexitime I guess. The infants school is just round the corner but I never had a look when they come out of school.

Tonight the lorries have come and gone and my house has been filled with smoke. My neighbour has been struggling to breath for over a week - BUT I AINT ALLOWED TO REPORT ANYTHING.

It is called contempt isn't it?
