Abstract in the Red

So any beautiful red leaves with the bright sun shining through. Impossible to select any particular one for focus so better to look at them as an abstract whole.

Not the best of days! Found that my Achilles' tendon is worse than I thought when I went to the physio. There's a section that is 30% ripped so lots of exercises and stretches for me - and no stables for at least another fortnight or more :( Problems as well with the business has made today a day to forget if I can - but I can't :(
