Strobe Lights

The rest of the upperclassmen arrived back on campus today. It was wonderful to see friends who I haven't seen all summer, all semester, or all year. (It was also great to see a couple who I just hadn't seen since work finished up this summer...) Campus was finally full again, and there was a celebratory feel all over campus--volleyball and frisbee games, live music blaring from the coffee house, people running to give eachother hugs and shouting for people across the quads.

The annual orientation dance (open to upperclassmen as well...) was tonight, and it was a ton of fun! At one point I dashed away to try to capture the movement with the strobe lights. Not 100% pleased with the way it turned out, but the strobe effect is cool!
