Finally get to go home to see Mum, Dad and Chris and take the fish pie I cooked last weekend for them. It's not quite defrosted so we have a complicated decanting into smaller bowls, microwaving and then baking.... everyone's starving and it takes ages. Mum doesn't seem that impressed so although she's nice the whole day feels quite on edge. Nice to see Chris though and nice for Jules to be there.
