Ensemble 54

I saw this clarinet quartet play tonite and they were INCREDIBLE!! They chose beautiful pieces and effortlessly maneuvered through the intricacies of each piece. Then, after a short intermission they played the sound effects to a Charlie Chaplin movie. My favorite part was when there was a technical difficulty and the logo of the monitor came on. It was 3 little birds and the performers, all at the same time, started their clarinets chirping. So cool. The movie came back on shortly after and they continued without missing a beat. Literally. True talented professionals, I can't wait to see them again.
