Rising seas

The baths were over flowing this morning and I came back at lunch to take another look. By then the tide was definitely falling but the seas appeared to be still rising. The baths were still open even though there is that glorious sign "closed due to conditions" up. The swimmer who was doing laps got swamped shortly after this.
